  15. First of all I have no opinion about what is the best between
  16. Ada and C for Real-Time systems.
  17.  
  18. My problem is the following one :
  19. One of our clients has been developping a Real-Time System in
  20. ADA with VRTX on a MVME147 board. He would now like to make some
  21. improvements to his application but the VRTX32 with ADA is dead.
  22. Its choice would be to port the ADA application by using ARTK from
  23. Alsys, but even so there is quite a lot of work to be done (just for the 
  24. porting). A translation to C could be a good solution (please no 
  25. stupid comment on this) if a good ADA to C compiler exits ?

  28. Is it possible to use GNAT ? Is there any other translator that
  29. could be usefull in such a case ?
